You should receive a definitive answer in a month’s time. The process can take a while due to the amount of applications we receive, so please be patient.

You are welcome to apply, but since the target group of the event is young people up to 30 years old, take into consideration that the participation fee for you is 400€.

If you are selected as a participant, we can offer you the letter of confirmation of booking from the hostel after you pay the deposit. Then, you can apply for the tourism VISA.

There is no deadline, because the selection process depends on the overall amount of applications received that year. We have a limited amount of places to offer, so make sure to secure your spot in advance!

We will provide accommodation for all participants in the centre of Cagliari. Participants will be accommodated in shared rooms with maximum 6 people in one room. The specific location will be shared with the selected participants.

The participation fee includes accommodation in the city centre in shared rooms (max 6 people), breakfast & dinner (Italian breakfast consists of coffee and a croissant), and transportation and entry to all the events.

The participation fee doesn’t include travel costs to/from Sardinia, transportation to/from the airport, lunch, visa-related expenses, and the costs for extra days.

You can stay longer, arriving before or after the actual dates of Summer Week, however, please take note that during the extra days, the costs are not covered from your participation fee.
